Cancellation:

  • Please understand we have to decline other parties in order to secure your time slot. 
  • As of 1/1/2022, the cancellation fee is equal to the deposit amount.
  • Cancelling any party means you forfeit the deposit; however, you may be eligible for a reschedule.
  • All paid seats are non-refundable but may be eligible for a coupon/ gift certificate. Coupon/ Gift certificate does not include seats covered in the deposit. Deposit not eligible for refund or gift certificate/coupon.
  • Coupon/ gift certificate are given to the person who paid for the seat. It will be emailed to the email address on file for the seat. Customer must contact owner for a coupon/ gift certificate.
  • If party is cancelled 3 weeks prior to the party's original date, you may be eligible for a coupon/gift certificate covering 2 seats or have the option to receive two full Paint at Home Kits.

 

NOTE:  YOUR CANCELLATION FEE IS COVERED BY YOUR DEPOSIT

THEREFORE, IF YOU CANCEL YOUR PARTY AND DO NOT RESCHEDULE, YOU FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT.

 

  • Not informing It's Paint Party of cancellation prior to 24hrs, will warrant a fee of $100.00 plus forfeiture of deposit. 
  • Only one reschedule allowed. You will have a year from the date of the original party to reschedule. It's the host's responsibility for remembering the details of the event so it can be verified in our system. Your deposit will transfer to your new party date along with any guest seat(s) not given a gift certificate.
  • If gift certificate is given, the seat becomes invalid towards the party's 15 guest minimum, since the individual's name will be removed from the party's roster.
  • We do not issue cash or credit card refunds. A refund can only be granted in the form of gift certificate or store credit.
  • We do not have any cash in the studio.  If arrangements have been made with It’s Paint Party to pay in cash, please have exact amount.
